We use cavatappi pasta those fun, cylindrical corkscrew noodles that somehow find a way to lock-in all the flavors of the cheese. There is something about the noddle shape that can enhance a dish, and we definitely think this is true with our mac and cheese. Many customers rave that the creaminess of the dish is perfect, plus we add a little grated cheese on top to caramelize.
